The area around the Central Bus Station is synonymous with severe social problems – the city of illegal immigrants that developed in the area, problems of serious crime and the attempts of the original residents of the neighborhood to try to preserve what is left of the place they built and loved.

We will hear the historical story of Neve Shaanan and the vision that led to its establishment. We will continue with the construction of the New Bus Station, a monstrous building crushing the rights of the local residents. We will visit the Har Sinai Synagogue and tell of the struggle of the residents to preserve their identity in the face of the massive immigration threat to the neighborhood by African illegal immigrants. We will meet the activists working tirelessly and dealing with the rigid system in order to restore the neighborhood to its former glory.
